Transformation is the dismantling of the deeply held and limiting beliefs that arise from our ego-based self concept.

Our ego is constructed of layer upon layer of self concepts and identities. I.e. “I am a good person. I am helpful. I am weak.” Our beliefs and identities have grown out of life experiences that are experienced through our own unique perspective on the world, our personality and the impact of the environments in which we grew up and now occupy. Most of our ego was formed by early childhood.

There is nothing inherently wrong with these beliefs and identities. In fact, we developed them as a way to survive and thrive in our environment. The challenge arises when our ego uses these identities to bind us to a very limited idea of who we are or who we can be.

It is the work of transformation to recognize these self concepts as simply beliefs and to open to the truth that we are beings of unlimited possibility.

Our work together in transformational community allows us to recognize the limitations of the ego self and to begin to experience and relate from our True self.

Transformation actually occurs as a falling away of the layers of beliefs about who we are, our self concept. When our ego-based self concepts are transformed we can live into the freedom of being our truest self, who we were always created to be.

Our Community of Practice is designed to create a container in which we can interact outside of our habitual and conditioned ways of relating. We begin to recognize how we act from our ego selves and instead choose to act from our True Self.
